To make a change to their health and fitness, people often think they need to go on some sort of Army bootcamp regime or a weeks of detox.
And that stops them in their tracks before they’ve even taken the first step.

Get your body moving
Whether you’re new to exercise or not the first week will be focused on getting your body moving, mobilising the joints and creating a strong core to prepare you for the progression of the course.
Master the basics
This week follows on from the previous week focusing on mobility, cardio strength and core work. We are getting the body fit for the following weeks to come.
Turn it up a notch
This week you have 1 cardio based workout, now that we’ve prepared the body more and built some strength over the previous two weeks we are ready to add some impact work in and do your first cardio sculpt session.
We have 2 cardio based workouts this week to get a good sweat on. We are going to get the heart rate up and work on our cardiovascular system for a healthy heart.
Learning to box
This week we are adding in a new workout, boxing and we're going to prepare for the final challenge so you can practice what we’ve learnt over the last month for an exciting final week.
It’s time to put everything you’ve learnt over the last week into practice and push yourself out of your comfort zone and give it your all!

Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't worked out for a long time, will the course benefit me?
Absolutely. It doesn't matter what stage of fitness you're at, you can take the lessons at your own pace and work to your ability.
Do I need any special equipment or weights for the course?
Not at all. The course is designed so that you use your own bodyweight when you're training. No equipment needed.
Are there set times for the course?
Nope. The course is all on video which you can take on your schedule. You'll gain access to the videos one week at a time and you can go back and train again once the videos are unlocked.
Will you help me with my diet?
If you're struggling with your diet and nutrition, you should choose the bonus pack where you'll also get a bespoke nutrition plan tailor made for you, my habit tracker and recipe pack.
Will Bella be on hand to motivate and help me through the course?
I sure will. I'll be live once a week in the Private Facebook Group when I'll be answering your questions and keeping you fired up throughout the course. You can ask any questions in the Facebook Group at any time and I'll answer them in between our live sessions.
What happens after the 6 weeks are up and I've been through the course?
You'll have continued lifetime access to the course videos and Facebook support group so you can continue improving your fitness. You will also have the opportunity to purchase our advanced All Star Strength courses as they are released.
