During my teenage years, my sporting activities included sprinting, long jump, javlin and horse riding.
My dream was to become a professional sportswoman, but after a life changing sporting accident, I was forced to realise the enormous impact on my life.
I became demoralised and frustrated and temporarily lost my way to being fit and healthy.
But with determination and vision, I decided to become the best version of myself and help others do the same.
After 5 years as a professional trainer, I’m proud to be helping others change their lives for the better.
